I have been attending Mackenzies Gym early morning Bootcamps for two years now and can thoroughly recommend the sessions – always different, always fun
but most of all always a thoroughly good workout. I love the boxing elements – great for fat loss, toning up or even just as a stress-buster! Best time of the day too –
get it out of the way nice & early and your evenings can be for relaxing. Mack’s a great instructor who changes & varies the sessions so you never know what to
expect and neither does your body – which is what effects the change! Great fun indeed – YES COACH!
